The unit was smaller than what I expected but all we really needed for 2 ppl & it was very clean. Weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time at unit out on screened in lanai which was nice. Pool was shared with the other units on property but also very nice.The host was extremely helpful when I had an issue with washing machine that was really nobody's fault. It was a result of a plumber she had recently used forgetting to turn water supply back on. The unit is conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay.

Even though I didn’t bring my swim suit, the pool looked very inviting. The place was well capped it was clean and I loved my time there. Close to the beach and close to many good places to eat.

The valve in the toilet is defective. I had to take the lid off the tank to keep activating the valve to fill the tank. There are no instructions to operate the tv. I had no idea what channels were available. There were no instructions to operate the fan remote or the AC remote. Lot of guesswork. And the front door is not pink. It's blue.

When we arrived, there was some confusion as to which of the units we were actually staying in. However, after the owner arrived, she offered us a larger unit and made sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. It was even more private and roomier than the unit we were originally scheduled to stay in. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay close to Nokomis Beach and the North Jetty. It turned out to be a beautiful weekend. We would highly recommend this place for future stays.

Description not accurate. Bed is NOT a king (description said King - it is a very hard queen, very small couch. Air wasnt working but that was fixed, never did get "free" Peacock. Washer in unit not working but had others on property. Grill was pretty gross and rusted out - we did not use it. Thin walls we heard everything the neighbor said or did.

Very clean, loved the pool only got in once since it was little chilly out. Not far from the beach or shopping. We did some cooking to save money and they had almost everything you needed.
