You and your party will be close to everything when you stay at our simple, functional, centrally-located stilt home. Less than 3 miles to Nokomis Beach and minutes to I-75. 2bed/2 bath, 1300sq ft upstairs interior + 600 sq ft upstairs lanai with sitting area perfect for your morning coffee or an evening wind down. Great outdoor space underneath the home, come back from the beach and cool down in the 12’ wide x 2’ deep above ground pool while streaming your favorite show on the outdoor tv. Pets are welcome and can roam the fully fenced in yard. 2 covered parking spots under the house as well as additional parking in the driveway. Baby gear available on request.

Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
