IN A PRIVATE IMPASS, house of 25 m2 approx. completely renovated, with double glazed bay window overlooking a large terrace of approx. 20 m2. closed, sunny. It is made up of an equipped kitchen area with lounge area (140 cm sofa bed) and another closed sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, wc.
Located in the heart of NOIRMOUTIER, near the beaches and the town center: everything is done by bike. Free shuttle at 3 minutes (in summer).
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Spend the day on the slopes, or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include ski-in/ski-out access.

Trop cher par rapport à l’espace et aux prestations

Garage aménagé donc pas de fenêtre dans le coin chambre, pas de penderie, pas de machine à laver le linge, poêle et barbecue très usagés. Annonce d’une maison pour 2/4 personnes inappropriée ainsi que pour une durée supérieure à quelques jours.
