The grounds are nice but the management get the basics all wrong. Firstly, it is very lacking in generosity. The welcome drink is a water in a paper cup - they produce 400,000 bottles of wine a year. Our room had 1 can of water for 2 people. The coffee in the room was Nescafé sachets…in Italy! To make it worse they knew it was our honeymoon and that we had arrived upset because of an airline cancelling our flight. Pretty pathetic. Our room also stank from the toilet, was dark, and the robes were ridiculously worn and coarse, and one was dirty. The staff also forgot to follow up on things we asked about, such as the spa. We shared this disappointment when we left and they the offered us a complimentary wine. They also told us that they don’t treat you as well if you book via Expedia(!). So don’t do that. In fact, don’t book at all

Beautiful winery, fabulous view. The staff is attentive , efficient and friendly. It is not within walking distance of restaurants or city center but this is what we wanted and enjoyed. Food was exquisite

The perfect getaway ...

We picked this spot by luck .. and boy, were we spot on! Everything is perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The location is out of the way, but not so far that you can't do day trips. The property is beautiful and the rooms are cool and very well appointed. The pool was great in the afternoons. And the restaurant! Ahh, ahh, ahh! We will be back and we have already recommended the place to friends!

Everything about relais feudi was perfect! The surroundings are breathtaking and as depicted in all photographs! Our room was spacious; keeping its historic structure but offering all modern amenities The service is impeccable- breakfast was delicious and all staff were covid compliant while making sure your experience didn’t feel hindered. Wine tasting is a must do and restaurant is delicious and excellent value for money Overall we will be returning and loved every aspect of our experience

Lovely little wine estate

Beautiful boutique property and well worth adding to any itinerary. The wines are lovely and reasonably priced (if bought from the wine shop). The entry level rooms can be dark but with communal outside seating area to enjoy your wine don’t let this put you off. The pool area and bar are well set up to enjoy a lazy day round the pool.

Truly incredible experience beyond expectation. Margurita, the front desk host and wine tasting lead was incredible and soooo nice. The restaurant should have 3 michelin stars. We did chef tasting every night and they made me vegan ones each time. The sauna and steam room are amazing and the breakfast in the morning is next level. I am dying to go back already. Really obsessed.

A spectacular place, however, no personal touches or personalised hospitality. The hotel itself and pool area are beautiful and kept very, very well. The olive trees received more care and attention than the clientele however, with staff preoccupied with the trees outnumbering those for guest experience. The pool bar lacks any feeling or atmosphere as it is a kiosk and there is no other Al fresco bar option. All meals are served inside and this is a real shame. Very little option for any atmosphere or leisure at night outside of the one restaurant. The restaurant is, however, very good albeit a little pricey.

This is a beautiful unique property, very quiet and relaxing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool area is excellent. The property is in a rather remote location with nothing else in the area, which is fine if you want to spend the time relaxing and doing nothing. Being remote, you have no choice but to use the onsite resturant (which is excellent), but becomes a bit much after 3 or 4 days.

A beautiful oasis

A wonderful hotel for a romantic vacation. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the restaurant had a great menu. The amenities in the hotel are great and every rooms seems to have a gorgeous view of the surrounding vineyards and landscape which makes for a very peaceful stay. Staff accommodated every request and we are very excited to stay here again in the near future.
