Exposed steel beams, glass mezzanines and chic, trendy sofas mix with rustic country dining tables, slate tiled floors and traditional Niçoise shutters to create a city vibe that is both on point and in vogue.
Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding buildings all brandishing hues of terracotta and gold, whilst relaxing in an ambience that wouldn’t be out of place on New York’s Park Avenue.

Looking like a feature from a fashion magazine, the open plan living area is light, bright and spacious. A modern corner sofa in shades of pebble grey seats six and curls around a contemporary coffee table under which sits a large stylish rug. The lounge area is completed with a light wood bureau on which rests a 55 inch smart TV. The walls of the room are a brilliant white and the glass balustraded staircase leading to the mezzanine adds a crisp contemporary ambience which is balanced by the various object d’art that have been strategically placed to enhance the feeling of wellness and relaxation.
There is air con throughout the apartment so that guests are not troubled by the heat in Nice’s summer months.
Kitchen and Dining
In true penthouse style, the kitchen and dining area are all part of the open plan living area with the standout feature being the rustic wooden dining table with seating for six being made up of four wooden dining chairs painted a verdant green plus a wooden bench that sits a maximum of three should it be required.
The kitchen area has a strong modern vibe displaying a large bank of stylish petrol blue units, balanced with light natural wood units at head height and boasts all the equipment and mod cons a person would expect from cooking area of such high standard. There is a bank of storage cupboards in the bedroom and a skylight plus an ensuite bathroom which can be found behind a convenient sliding door.
