The apartment has a bright and spacious layout, including a large living/dining area seamlessly connected to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

We were very disappointed to find out that the apartment was not fully as described. We were told the sofa made into a bed, but it did not. We needed 3 beds, but only got 2. One person had to sleep on the couch for a week. The manager was very apologetic because she assumed it was a pull out. When asked for compensation, she told us, no, and that the people can share. The whole point of making sure there was a pull out couch was because it was inappropriate for the people to share beds. Very disappointing. Other than that, Viveka was very kind and responsive. Location was great.

Wonderful Renovated Apartment in perfect Location

Overall probably our best stay yet. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in the perfect location about 100m from the public access beach. The unit had everything we needed except a couple of odd things. Not a big deal but make sure to bring toilet paper with you as the host only supplied enough to last a day or so and refused to bring more. Had to make a special trip to go find some shortly after arrival, so rather annnoying. Also, the bedding was odd as single bedding for a King sized bed. Beyond that, everything was great and the check in went smoothly too. I’d highly recommend this unit.

5 stars. Great location, super close to a convenient market and some nice local spots. The neighborhood did not feel as touristy as other parts of the city so we feel like we got a glimpse of normal life in Paris. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, he even gave us a great coffee shop recommendation. The apartment itself was easy to access and had everything we needed, plus a cute little balcony for morning pastries. No complaints.

Fantastic Nice Property

My family loved our stay here! Viveka was so helpful and friendly getting us set up in the place. Gorgeous balcony views, spacious accommodations, extremely clean. A short walk from the sea and Le Temps d'un Ete (one of the best beach spots along the coast) and only 10-15 minute walk from the old town. We'll definitely be coming back!

Das Apartment war wie auf dem Inserat abgebildet. Sehr sauber, alles Notwendige in der Küche vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen sehr ruhig, überhaupt ist die Wohnung gut schallisoliert. Von einem Balkon ist aus ist das Meer zu sehen. Direkt auf dem Balkon kann es etwas lauter zugehen, da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße von der Promenade liegt. Das ist sozusagen ein kleiner Preis, den man zu zahlen hat für die hervorragende Lage nahe der Promenade des Anglais, die nun mal busy ist. Am Strand ist man in 5 Minuten! Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants alle um die Ecke. Vom Flughafen kann man die Tram bis Alsace/Lorraine nehmen und hat dann noch einen 10 minütigen Fußweg durch nette Straßen. Die Kommunikation mit Viveka war hervorragend. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
