Friendly neighbours in the apartment building. Apartment was compact and clean with a good kitchen. Standing fans were helpful in the summer heat, but A/c would have been better. Avoid if you have a lot of luggage. Four flights of stairs is hard work with big bags. Location was very good for old town and port. Serge was very helpful on arrival and gave us some good tips.

Bright and happy stay

Simple, clean and happy apartment in a great location near the port. It’s good to note it is many floors of stairs (4 or 5) with no elevator. Serge was very accommodating even though I had trouble communicating with my American phone plan and data so wasn’t getting/sending messages but he was patient and explained nice day trips

Heel mooi nieuw appartement op een goede locatie gelegen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar en goede communicatie. Het is alleen een beetje onduidelijk waar de ingang van het gebouw zich bevind, maar na een berichtje naar de eigenaar was dit gelijk opgelost! Zeker een aanrader voor onderdak in Nice!

Petit appartement niçois

Petit logement typique niçois très bien situé proche de toutes commodités et transport. A 5 minutes du port. Appartement propre, cosy, fonctionnel et lumineux, idéal pour une petite famille (2 adultes 1 enfants). Le propriétaire est accueillant, sympathique et très disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nice. Merci
