Great location. Needed updating. Terrible WiFi and limited TV at best. Carpet was soiled and dirty in halls and room. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately they could not resolve the WiFi connection or loss of tv connection.

Great location by the beach. Skip the buffet- not real eggs, unless you want to cook them yourself- (they put a frying pan out for you) -just walk a block to get great espresso and pastry. Towels were terrible- they offer a decent set for purchase at the desk, instead of providing them in the room, which we thought was odd. Ugly art outside the hotel unfortunate since it is a beautiful building in a magical location. No ocean view but room was quiet and clean.

The front desk staff helped us with directions, the bus line, and places to eat. They were excellent, always friendly, and efficient. The hotel is located on bus line 12+ but we mostly used the ride share app Bolt. The buffet breakfast was a good value with loads of options, good coffee, and convenient for travelers with sites to see. Also, the hotel has plenty of luggage storage before and after checkin; we relied on it both ends of the trip. There was loud music Saturday night until 1:00 am from a booming disco on the beach, so if you’re a light sleeper, be aware. We were confused about the “double bed” listing on Expedia, but it means two separate twin beds with separate duvets that you can push together or separate. Overall, it was a good property for tourists on the go who need a good bed and a safe place to sleep.

We loved our stay here! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early, before check in time and our room wasn’t ready but they have an area that you can freshen up and stored our luggage so that we could go out and enjoy our day. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable. We had a little patio, that is the only area that could have been given some attention as a previous client must have spilled something, there was a large sticky area right beside one of the chairs so it could have been scrubbed down

This property is located in a beautiful spot opposite the Promenade de Anglais. It is a short walk to the beach, the old town, many dining options and the heart of the city of Nice which we loved. We had a double room with a sea view. Although we found the communal areas of the hotel to be nice our room and the hotel corridors were quite dated. Our room was clean, spacious and had beautiful views however the carpet on the floors and the furniture in general was old and in need of an upgrade. We thought that it was probably a little overpriced for the room quality.

Shocked this is a 3 star. Should be lower. Location is great and the staff are great, but the hotel itself is falling apart. Dirty rundown carpets in the hallways, bathrooms are dirty, and don’t even have a face towel. No conditioner or shampoo- they have an all in one body wash/shampoo. Overall would not recommend or come back. For a little more money you can get a much nicer place and private beach.
