Perfect property if you want to stay on the promenade and be in a central location. hundreds of shops and dining all within 10-20 min walk, a $15 Uber to airport, right on the beach. Absolutely loved our stay

Beautiful blue sea views not to be missed

We wanted to take in the beauty of Nice while enjoying views of the sea and we were not disappointed. A short taxi ride from the hotel brought us to our hotel.The location was perfect; the hotel is located right on the promenade and our double sea-view room looked right out onto the beach and the beautiful blue sea. We really enjoyed the room as well. It was updated and very nice. The balcony was very small but perfect for one to enjoy a coffee while taking in the sun and amazing views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took the hotel breakfast one morning. It was good and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. We had lunch on our last day in the bar and enjoyed that as well. It was so easy to walk across the street and enjoy walking and sitting along the Promenade des Anglais, exploring old Nice and the market, and get transportation to explore other areas as well like Villefranche-sur-mer and Monaco. We loved our stay, highly recommend it, and will be back definitley.

This hotel is noted for its friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers large rooms with views of the sea. It is in a prime location on Nice’s seaside and adjacent to many fine restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice staff.

I had booked somewhere else that was so awful I had to leave and I was happy to get a room here. The only feedback I have is more for hotels.com than the hotel itself. I booked a “city view” room on hotels.com but that was not accurate, my room was on the first floor facing a piece of roof, no views at all. It was ok because the room was so much better than the terrible place I booked before. Loved being right at the beach.

Location was great. Access to old town. Walkable to everywhere. Balcony at the hotel was beautiful. Room was spacious. Can get very loud at night if windows or doors are left open. Lots of street noise and noise from the promenade. Would certainly stay here again. For American travelers, there is no A/C.
