Great stay in Nice

This hotel is in a great location, with 5 min walk to the beach, local supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. The airconditioning is excellent, which is hit and miss in France, and the breakfast is both great value and excellent €14. The gym is functional and effective, while the breakfast room is lovely.

This is a great hotel for the following reasons:- A) An easy walk to the beach and promenade. B) An easy walk to the train station if you wish to visit Monaco for the day C) not too far from the airport, around €25: 30 fares if by Uber. It may cost more by taxis D) An easy walk to the main shopping district E) the surrounded areas has many bars, cafes and restaurants D) it is a short walk to 2 museums. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Incidentally, this is our second stay in Nice and the hotel. L& M

The location of the Hotel is great! Just walk a short distance to the beach. And close to train station, transport to the airport and buses around the Nice city. Staff in this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and very comfortable for three nights staying. Will definitely visit it again!

Pictures are misleading. Luckily the hotel is clean. The beds are not comfortable. We asked from first day if they could fix the broken towel dryer. We asked 3 days in a row even show picture just in case they don’t understand. No one came fixed.

Hotel Busby is a good 3* hotel in a good location (in walking distance of the train station, beach and the old town). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was plentiful and in a very pleasant dining room. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were all very courteous.

This property’s room are not as advertised. Very outdated, drab. Had spiders in our rooms. Shower and tub were difficult to use and from 19 50s. Not that clean. Worst hotel I’ve been in in a long time. Service was not friendly.

The cleaning services made this stay excellent. So friendly and cleaned our rooms every day. Great customer service at the front desk as well. I do wish they had a recycling bin next to the trash cans everywhere.
