- An additional bedroom is available for groups over 4 persons. The bedroom is separated but on the same floor of the main flat. It is equipped with a double bed 140x190, a doule sofa bed, a desk+Chair, Mobile A/C. This bedroom is only for additional bedding for groups over 4 persons to have access to the main flat for sanitary & kitchen (please take a look at the last pictures).

10 PERSONS CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT & THE INDEPENDANT ROOM, BUT I LIMITED THE CAPACITY TO 6 PERSONS FOR MORE COMFORT.

It is forbidden to use the bath towels at your disposal as beach towels

The flat is in the "Carré d'Or" of Nice between the Negresco & the Palais de la Méditérrannée, 3-4 minutes walking from Promenade des Anglais, few steps from the supermarket, from plenty of restaurants, of the pedestrian street, of the old Nice & many other touristice sites.

Nice-Ville train station is 10 min walking. You can go to & from Nice airport by Tram in 30 minutes; the nearest Tram stop is "Alsace-Lorraine" that is 3-4 minutes walking from the apartment. Many bus stations to visit Nice & others sourrounding cities are few meters. Many Blue Bikes stations as well.
