Ce petit studio est très bien situé avec un accès possible à pieds dans Nice. Près du tramway et de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité - Face à la plage (rue à traverser) - Plage pour chien pas très loin - Couchage pour 4 personnes plutôt deux adultes - deux enfants
