Arrived late at night but felt welcome. Rooms are good size and very well equipped and soundproofed. Breakfast was wonderful and catered well for my wife who is gluten free. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Converted me to staying at Crowne Plaza hotels in the future.

An IHG hotel is expected to be the best! The Crowne Hotel is wonderful however the staff at the reception center should be aware that when requests are made by the hotel guests, it is expected that staff, they follow through. This is basic hospitality management skills. I’ve been in the hotel 3rd day now and my request was not met, a simple answer would have suffice. Looking good is not enough and saying you would do something and not honoring your words is a big BS. Unbecoming of IHG standards.

We stayed here for 6 nights for our first Nice trip and found the facility is pretty old and average at best. The dark carpet and deco are not pleasing and stuff at the front desk were not cordial or pleasant and were not helpful when needed. The room service was really bad: only one robe and slipper for a two person room, bed not tidy after service, rough cleaning job left behind in the bathroom. The worst was that on our last day of staying, he/she even took our personal items on the table. After we inform the hotel, no one said sorry to us or offered a fast investigation. We had to email them several times in the next week while traveling to get any update. In the end they didn’t find the items. Will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, I’m staying at the Radisson Hotel next door before flying back home and found it a much much better hotel for a better price, from front desk to dinning restaurant to the room.

Very close to the airport yet quiet. Easy walking to the tram to the airport or walk to airport. Nice hotel. We had dinner in the hotel and it was very good!
