It has an entrance, a beautiful living room including a US kitchen, a dining area and a living room, a bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower with hanging WC.
You will find there all the necessary equipment for your stay.

This 2 bedroom 40 m2 ultra light is just renovated and furnished in a very contemporary manner with exquisite decoration to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
It has an entrance, a living room including a kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bedroom and a nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower with hanging toilet.
You will find all the necessary equipment for your stay.

Departures are made no later than 11 a.m. and arrivals no earlier than 2 p.m. Unless otherwise agreed.
Compulsory cleaning to be paid on arrival: € 60/2 people, € 80/3 or 4 people.
The deposit of 500 € is to be paid by check (only for French) or in cash on arrival, returned on your departure.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the amount of the stay).
The balance is to be paid one month at the latest before the date of arrival of your stay.

The departures are effected before 11am and arrivals earlier than 14h. Unless otherwise agreed.
Obligatory cleaning payable on arrival: 60 € / 2 people, 80 € / 3 or 4 people.
The deposit of € 500 is to pay by check (for French) or cash on arrival, refunded on departure.
The reservation will be validated receipt of deposit (50% of total price).
The balance is due one month telephone call the latest before the arrival date of your stay.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Excellent experience- great location!

The property is exactly as the owners star in the description. The only difference is that now the accent pillows in the living room are orange and not pink —Not a deal breaker at all. They promptly received us at check in and took their time to explain small details and to make sure we were comfortable and understood their explanations/instructions. Would return without hesitation.

I loved everything about this property, our stay in Nice and our experience with Jackie and David. It was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing- easy to take the tram from the airport and walk to the apartment. The Main Street was one minute walking distance and the beach was 5 minutes walk to promenade des anglais. So many great shops and restaurants within close walking distance. The apartment was so clean and full of light and the view was just amazing, beautiful French architecture right outside the window! It had everything we needed to make meals at home too. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils and crockery. Jackie and David were amazing hosts who helped us out with recommendations for things to do & they were always a phone call away if we needed anything. They even welcomed us with heart shaped rose petals as it was our honeymoon. I cannot wait to come back and stay at your apartment again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment!! Merci du fond du coeur! Spent 6 nights here with my wife. It is clear that Jackie takes great pride in her rental. It's very nicely decorated, and the location simply cannot be beat. A relaxing week in Nice

A nice small studio apartment ideal for 2 people. Bedroom separated from living space by an internal wall, with good wardrobes. Living space and kitchen modern and comfortable. Bathroom has a good shower. Good position in Nice, 10 minutes from the centre and 5 minutes from the front. We enjoyed our stay and may well be back.

Great stay, great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, close to the Promenade, restaurants, shops and Mediterranean Sea. Working with Jackie was very easy and she responded in a very timely fashion when we asked questions. She and David we lovely. The apartment is great and the kitchen area has everything you would need for a week. The only thing we use at home that was not in the apartment was a blender, but there is a juicery and smoothie shop around the corner. Everything else we could need was available!

A really lovely apartment in a great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spotless and obviously the owners take great care. The apartment is exactly as described. Nice is a large city and choosing a location is not that easy for an unfamiliar visitor. We know the area quite well and the location is very convenient to both central Nice shopping areas and the old town as well as the Promenade des Anglais sea front.

Beautiful apartment in great location

The pictures of this apartment don't really do it justice. It was exceptionally clean and bright, even elegant. It had everything we needed for a self-sufficient stay. Restaurants and grocery stores were a few steps away. Since we were in Nice as part of a lengthy trip, we appreciated having a washer, something not always found in a vacation rental. We also appreciated having plenty of storage space both in the bedroom and bathroom. The location of this apartment was ideal, only two blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and a ten-minute walk to the train station. It was a short, pleasant walk through a pedestrian zone to the Old Town. All in all, we were more than satisfied with this spacious studio. Thank you, Jackie and David!

An Excellent Property in a Great Location!

The property is excellent and a great location for the beach & promenade, old Nice and the train station all being less than a 15 minute walk away. It is situated in a nice area with many restaurants, bakery and supermarket within a few hundred meters. The property is spotless and is exactly as pictured on the website. It suits two adults comfortably, the facilities are great, if you wish to cook everything is there, though there are so many restaurants nearby I doubt much cooking will get done!! Jackie and David were good hosts, left leaflets and maps and in fact stay in the apartment right next door if they are required. Could have no complaints at all. There are two things to be aware of though that are not advised on the property listing. Firstly there will be an additional charge for cleaning payable before you arrive. Secondly, on arrival a sizeable security deposit is payable in cash to the owners and returned on leaving the apartment in good condition. While it is understandable that the owners don't have a credit card machine to take a 'swipe' purchasing the additional currency and then changing this back to Sterling results a significant loss in the exchange rates. If the Euro is your local currency then this will not be such an issue, but it would have been nice if this had been advised from the start. All in all though a great apartment and would return.

Nice apt in Nice

This apartment is light and bright, recently renovated, has a very nice bathroom. It is extremely convenient, can walk to the Promenade and beach, the train station and the tram and to many restaurants. The owners live in the next apartment and were very helpful. For us, the only negative was the lack of a clothes dryer. However, if we return to Nice we would most likely rent here again.

Fantastic apartment

What a lovely place to stay. No expense has been spared when updating this apartment and it is a comfortable and well equipped place. It is in a great location, not far from the beach, pedestrian area, restaurants and lovely parks. Would highly recommend you book (if there are ever any free days, which speaks for itself!)
