Modern studio apartment near the Promenade des Anglais

The small studio apartment seemed much larger because you could look outside at the large private terrace with a dining table and a chaise lounge. The apartment was very well equipped, with an up—too-date dishwasher and washing machine that partially dried the clothes.

Perfectly Located Apartment

This apartment is perfectly located in Nice, steps away from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The old town is also extremely close. The apartment is well decorated and the terrace outside was great for relaxation. Highly recommend this apartment

+Proche de la mer et de la zone piétonne -terrasse bruitante la journée, à proximité d’une crèche, pour les personnes qui souhaiteraient en profiter (mais il y a tant de choses à faire à Nice que cela ne nous a pas géné)
