Right in the middle of busy district of Nice. Very easy to go around and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Room is clean but tiny. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Since it is close to the city center, the noises will not die down until after 11 PM. AFTER 5 AM, garbage trucks started to collect empty bottles and cans. It did not bother us but probably should be considered for others.

Tiffany, Tiffany, Tiffany! I had some issues finding the entrance to the hotel, but once I did I had the true pleasure of meeting one of the most lovely women I have ever met, Tiffany. She was incredibly sweet, helpful and remained that way through my one-week stay. If I had questions, the was always willing to share advice or give suggestions. The property was wonderful-an easy walk to anywhere I wanted to go, a TON of restaurant options nearby, a five minute walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the train. I cannot wait to come back for another visit! ps-the front door is hard to find; between a "smash burger" type place and a gelato shop :-)

We were very surprised that the hotel was a 3rd floor of a bldg in the middle of a shopping/dining area. You literally step out to activities which was nice. A bit hard to find as sign is small and not protruding to be more visible. Our host Tiffany was quite wonderful and helped us to understand the in/ out process and always very attentive to our needs. The room always felt very clean.

This hotel was excellently and conveniently located right off Place Massena, near shops and cafes, Galeries Lafayette, and the tram. Staff very responsive when needed.

Great property in a fabulous location

What a great stay! The hotel is very central, easily accessible from the airport and a quick walk to Old Town Nice. The staff couldn’t have been kinder; the room was cozy and perfect for one person (two would have fit if they were friendly). I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again!

This property is so cute. Rooms are not large but we were never in there only to sleep. The location is excellent! So close to everything such a central location! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I found the hotel check in to be easy and the instructions provided easy to follow. It's centrally located and a short walk from Nice Ville train station and a tram station. The room was small but well furnished and contained everything we needed for a weekend break. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The only thing I would mention is that it is located on the third floor and the lift is small - only enough room for two people.

The hotel has a great location close to the sea and in close walking distance from lots of lovely restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The room was, however, very small and quite noisy. I was woken early morning by the noise outside and the neighbouring room having a shower. 2 people trying to get changed was difficult. Very good value and ideal for a short trip to see friends and go out.

We loved our stay at this little boutique hotel nestled into the heart of Nice. The rooms are quite small, but this was perfect for us. Would recommend to any solo or couple travellers.

Our room had a balcony and two windows! Which was awesome to experience the great weather. Everyone at the front desk was always very friendly, nice enough to give advice for tourists like us and very flexible (with leaving luggage there before check in, etc). The location is right in the middle of all the action! Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in central Nice

Great boutique hotel perfectly located in the centre of Nice. Our room had a small balcony which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing to be mindful of is that the street outside can be quite loud during the night, but nothing that some earplugs can't fix.
