My stay at the Anantara Nice Hotel had its highs and lows. The service was truly outstanding—every staff member, including the bellman, was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their professionalism and warmth were a highlight of the trip.
However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. On one occasion, my ring fell under the bed, and when I looked to retrieve it, I was shocked to find the area absolutely disgusting, caked with dust and dirt. It was clear that this part of the room had not been properly cleaned in some time. To make matters worse, I developed congestion and a sore throat during my stay, and the dusty conditions in the room certainly didn’t help my recovery.
While the service was impeccable, the lack of cleanliness in the room significantly detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses these housekeeping issues to match the excellence of their staff.
