Crescent beach is a short stroll to the private community beach and snack stand, just 500 feet. McCooks is about 1/2 mile away. Rocky Neck about 5 miles away. Crescent Beach is free for guests and McCooks is $45 a day for nonresidents for a parking pass. The house is pet friendly with a fenced yard.
