The suite was perfect for a short stay and has everything you might need and more! The bed and bedding is high quality and very comfortable. The bathroom with shower was spotless with lots of toiletries. Overall a very delightful space with higher quality dishes and finishes throughout. Would definitely recommend.

This property is absolutely fantastic! Always friendly and courteous service, amenities are always on point and easy check-in/out. Personally, I prefer the Diana with the front balcony. The Lillibet Suite is spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Niagara-On-The-Lake. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is comfortable. The patio is large and inviting and even has a grill. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your location. The room was quite comfortable. The only negative was the size of the shower... we are used to having more space to move about. We enjoyed leaving our car in your free parking lot and walking to the museum, to the shore, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous location, especially for the theatre if that's part of your visit. Neighbourhood great for walking around, lots of restaurants. So easy to check in. The Suites on King is a great location for walking old town of NOTL. We enjoyed the area's offerings of restaurants, shops and the Lake park. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a delightful balcony for relaxing and people watching. We enjoyed the Irish Harp pub next door with its nightly events and friendly staff. We did music trivia on Tuesday night and watched a band on Thursday night. It was a nice end to our daily excursions around town. Wineries are a short drive away and having on site parking made it easy to leave and come back. I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the NOTL area. I could tell the hosts put much thought into making the room welcoming and pleasant.

Love this place!

We visited the place for the weekend of Easter. This is our second time staying at the same place and we could not find anything bad to say about it. It is perfectly situated and a walking distance from wonderful food and shops. It is almost a homely stay with everything provided for. The beds are absolutely comfortable and the room which we had had a balcony overlooking the street and you could sit outside and have tea or coffee. It's such a lovely place. This is our go-to place from now on whenever we visit Niagara on the lake. Loved it!

Excellent place to stay.

(Lillibet Room) A gorgeous room located in spot central to food and shopping. Room was very clean, the bed spacious along with a full kitchen. Lots of extra touches including snacks. Easy to understand private parking and access instructions. The bar next door had its tent full but with the doors and windows shut we couldn't hear a thing. Couldn't use the balcony due to weather but it is still a great spot. Will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in Niagara-On-The-Lake.
