Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The staff were really friendly, we had no problems with them. The breakfast in the morning was also really good!
Although, we did find the room to be very dirty. It doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned besides making the bed. The carpet was full of stains (I wouldn’t dare to take my shoes off), the mirror wave had food inside it and food on the outside of it. There was also lots of dirt and handprints on the walls and tons of stains on the bed (no mattress protector).The mould in the shower looked like it was in the caulking, so the cleaning staff can’t do much about that, but everything else like the crumbs on the floor and the garbage in the trash can was in their control. After initially reading some of the reviews, I was worried about bed bugs, but I didn’t find any. However, we were visited by a mouse in the middle of the night.
Overall, it was the cheapest stay we could get at $85, but I think the price should have been lower considering the state of our room.
