Review for Marriott Hotel, Niagara Falls
We stayed as a family of five (three adults, two children) and were disappointed with our experience. At booking we clearly noted five guests, but upon check-in we were only given two queen beds and told we had to pay an additional $50 per night for an extra bed. They brought in a movable bed, which made the room very crowded. I was expecting a sofa bed as shown in many hotel listings.
The pool area was extremely dirty — hair all around the pool, the hot tub was cloudy and smelly, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The window outside our room was covered with insects. Housekeeping was minimal; they only made the beds but never vacuumed, changed cups, or properly refreshed the room. For five people, they left only two paper cups daily and never replaced the dirty glasses.
Overall, for a four-night stay, the service, cleanliness, and value were very poor. This was not the level of quality I expected from a Marriott property.
