Comfortable bed. Huge shower space. Great room size. Cold mini fridge!! Plenty of toiletries and clean towels! Ice and soda machine on same floor. Good view of the Falls. Windows do get misted and cloudy but it’s expected considering how close the Falls are. Staff were friendly and helpful. You do have to pay separately for parking which should be mentioned as a separate fee before booking and NOT at the time of check-in. I would’ve given 5 stars but there were a few things a miss…. Wish the room was set up differently so you can see the falls at all times and not have to keep walking over to the window to see it (bed and seating on opposite side of the room). No microwave in rooms and community microwave in lobby did not work. Luckily an employee was happy enough to heat up our snacks in their microwave for us. The floor we were on (24th) has a ledge outside the window full of pigeons (which they were fun to watch) but was also full of their fecal matter. The rug could use a good cleaning or better yet, replacement. Fall activities within a good walking distance or by complimentary “WeGo” buses. Lots to do in the area as well.

A couple employees at the front desk were no help at all—couldn’t answer very simple questions. The concierge would leave signs to walk down the street to the other location for help. We paid extra for a room with a view and we only made it to the 3rd floor with not much of a view of the falls.
