Great stay

We spent three (3) nights in the premium fall view. The room was great, and view stunning! The service was actually 10/10 for friendliness of staff, and willing to help. However, to be honest and transparent there were a few minor issues, that could be improved for service. The first was we upgraded first night room fr city to falls view. Although booked at two separate stays front desk said had joined, and cards would work through. Unfortunately, although this was ideal, it was inaccurate and needed to have resvanned. However, the more troubling was when taking time in morning to request room service while out, see front desk put into computer, and not completed 10 hours later on return, or at all that day. Apart from this the stay was great!

The best part of entire trip was the absolute gem of a restaurant Milestone in the hotel. Otherwise the room was very nice, the hotel was fine just be prepared to pay for everything. I thought the $50 a day to park as a hotel guest was a lot. There breakfast available however $35 per person for a Buffett also seam excessive. The staff was all very pleasant.

Good stay in an over priced city

Parking fee of $45 dollars and needed to park about 2city blocks away. The room was big furniture was old had rips in the cushions and very uncomfortable. Bed was not queen size more like a full size and the mattress was way to firm. There was hardly any lights had maintenance bring in another lamp and it was still hard to see doing things. Room was as clean though, shower was hot, A/C was good, staff was nice .

The things we wish the hotel would have are accesible microwaves for middle of the night food re-heat and a self laundry station. But the superior room falls view was stunning!!

Overall, everything was fine, but I was quite surprised that the room did not include slippers and a dental kit. Having previously worked in the hotel industry, I know how important it is to provide guests with these basic amenities as part of their comfort. I understand that hotel policies may vary, but it would be great if these essentials could be included for added convenience.
