Our room was on 4th floor, with the city view,but with an access to the roof ( my husband figured out the sliding window opened) If you want to save a few bucks, book it because if you walk around the roof you will find yourself a beautiful view of the falls. Have a morning coffee there while looking at it. No one bothered us at all. It is little unloved as there are pavers stacked up to finish work up there but seemed like no one has finished the job. Kids had fun stacking them. Room is small but we spent only nights there ( booked 2 night stay) 5 of us. 2 queen beds, clean. Pleasant. Close to most attractions. We walked all day. Parking was about 45 dollars a night. Its not included in the room price. Starbucks and a restaurant in the lobby. I'd stay there again.

Over priced and they gave me 6 th floor where I paid 400 $ per day via Expedia , better to check with hotel directly as they gave 16th floor for ppl for 200$ , and the room I stayed had a very old air conditioner which keeps tripping every 5 mins , even I change to manual the ac will shut down every 5 mins and made me sleepless .. very old equipment.. also for 20+ floor they keep 4 elevators ..and minimum need to wait for 10 mins .. had to climb down with luggage .. very poor infrastructure and not worth the money .

Review for Marriott Hotel, Niagara Falls We stayed as a family of five (three adults, two children) and were disappointed with our experience. At booking we clearly noted five guests, but upon check-in we were only given two queen beds and told we had to pay an additional $50 per night for an extra bed. They brought in a movable bed, which made the room very crowded. I was expecting a sofa bed as shown in many hotel listings. The pool area was extremely dirty — hair all around the pool, the hot tub was cloudy and smelly, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The window outside our room was covered with insects. Housekeeping was minimal; they only made the beds but never vacuumed, changed cups, or properly refreshed the room. For five people, they left only two paper cups daily and never replaced the dirty glasses. Overall, for a four-night stay, the service, cleanliness, and value were very poor. This was not the level of quality I expected from a Marriott property.

The room was really clean, but the toilet sliding door was ridiculous and did not close properly, offering no privacy. While in the room, you could clearly hear people talking in the next room, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
