Amazing views!!! Staff was kind and courteous! The room looked clean, however we had dust on the really cool bedside lamp and a left over water bottle under the bed.

Hotel was nice but I booked a room for 5 people, paid an extra fee for the 5th person plus also had to pay a fee to have a very uncomfortable bed brought for the 5th person. I think the extra person fee should include a bed!

The room we were given was not clean; the carpet was old and extremely hot. We requested to be moved to a different room, and they accommodated us two floors lower. However, the hallways were still very hot. Additionally, the housekeeping department shares the same elevators as the guests. There are only two elevators, which are always busy, especially in the morning when everyone checks out. Good luck with that! In the rooms next to us, I had to call the front desk three times just so we could sleep. It was ridiculous. Overall, the pool looks dark and gloomy. At the restaurants and Starbucks, it flies. I have to say the entire staff was very friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which was a plus. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the room was hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. The room also felt a bit outdated and could use some renovations.
