My high rating heavily weights the low cost. The rooms are clean and functional, the bed is comfortable but there is no art or decoration within the rooms or the property to speak of. The room perfectly suited our needs and the staff were all friendly and helpful, I will not hesitate returning here.

The area of the hotel seems a bit iffy, but we were warmly welcomed. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great housekeeping staff. They were stealthy and friendly. Noise at night until 4am by other guests partying was a bit disturbing. Parking was easy and convenient. Toilet Flapper valve leaky in room 114 causing toilet to fill/refill every few minutes.

The Kings Inn Near The Falls is walking distance to the OLG Stage/Avalon Theatre. It's great if you're in town for a concert! Also walking distance to Clifton Hill/ the Falls. The staff are very friendly.

The property is clean and tidy. But the night before we left the property, it seems someone broken into a parking car. The car alarm was sounded. At that morning, we saw broken parts on the floor.
