The Kings Inn was the perfect location for our quick visit to Niagara Falls. Richard was very kind and accommodated our later arrival when we decided to go all the way to Niagara Falls instead of stopping along the way. He greeted us warmly when we arrived after their normal check-in time. He also gave us many recommendations to maximize our enjoyment of the area during our short visit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the Inn is only about a 15” walk from viewing the falls and all the other attractions. Free parking on sight was another big perk which we very much appreciated. The only thing I will note for future travelers is the mattresses in our room were rather firm. If you prefer a softer mattress you may want to call ahead to see if they have other rooms with that option. Otherwise, this is a great option for lodging if you plan on visiting the falls!

Well located hotel near to everything in Niagara falls. Owner really takes care of instalaciones. Very nice Pool cleaned every day. Good room size and comfortable beds. Great choice for the price.

This hotel advertises near Clinton Hill....it was a 15 min walk just to get to there and then about another 15 mins to the Falls. Older hotel but nice gentleman at the check in and offered advice for seeing the area.

It served our purpose for a one night stay to see Niagara Falls for a reasonable price with free parking. It's just on the outskirts of the main business/tourist areas near Niagara Falls. About a 15-20 minute walk to the downstream viewing area for Niagara Falls. We had the end room next to the street. While this was a spacious room with a king bed, we could hear people outside as they walked by on the street, some late at night as it was Saturday. I know the hotel can't control that, but might want to have a room away from the street.

Bed was fine, but linens didn't fully cover the matress. Also comforter was very slippery and slid off me every time i moved. Also, the AC kept rattling and we had no way to adjust it
