The hotel was okay if you just need a place to stay for the night. The room looked better than I expected, the bed was comfortable and had a bit of a modern look as well as the paint design on the wall. The room had a bad smell, the television did not turn on, the bathroom needs an update the toilet was rusty and the bath/shower faucet was coming loose from the wall and was leaking. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room and a bathroom renovation. The continental breakfast needed more options put out, the highlight for my kids was making your own waffle. The muffins were tiny and a bagel option would have been nice to have. The price was okay but $10 for parking could have been removed seeing that it was not the best hotel.

Everything was broken and in poor condition in the room, such as the bed. There was no hot Water, no heat in the room, and no blankets. Overall, I had a very bad experience with this property, and I advise other people to stay away from this Motel. It's a Joke. I would rather spend the night in my Van than at this motel. They showed something else online (when I was booking), and in reality, it was totally the opposite of it; this is 100% False Advertising on Howard Johnson's part. What a Rip Off.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend We recently stayed at this hotel in Niagara Falls, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The room was extremely smelly — the odor inside was unbearable. The bathroom had a broken tub, and the entire space was outdated and poorly maintained. Outside our room, there was dog feces that remained uncleaned for the entire duration of our stay. Many of the people staying at the hotel appeared to be long-term residents, and some were sitting outside their rooms smoking marijuana. It felt more like a shelter than a hotel, and we did not feel comfortable or safe. The dining area was very dirty. While the food selection was limited (which is fine), the cleanliness and organization were seriously lacking. The staff seemed unsure of how to manage basic procedures — it took me over 10 minutes just to explain that I already had a reservation. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
