Staff were very friendly and helpful, room upon first entry smelled a bit like marijuana but that could have been nearby guests. The parking situation is a bit confusing as the original entry to the lot was blocked off and there were only paid parking attendants which had nothing to do with the hotel. After getting stuck in a 25 min detour (got caught in the tourism Christmas light traffic) finally made it back to the hotel (yes one wrong turn in the falls at Christmas time can make going 200m a half hour orand got it sorted.
