Room spacious/well stocked. Dislikes barn doors on bathrooms especially when opening is large and passerby's can see person on toilet. Suggest opening be narrower. Alcohol dispensers in building seemed empty (x3 in lobby area)

The room was not too bad but it could have been vacuumed better. The heater was not working and we had to call for someone to fix it. Breakfast could be improved. We had to wait for food to be replenished …planning based on the number of guests could be improved. We had to check out early and went to the front desk to request early check out (we went Friday morning requesting to check out Saturday morning instead of Sunday) the front desk lady was polite and sought guidance from her supervisor…the supervisor didn’t even bother to come and speak to us..instead she told the lady to tell us that we will be charged the full fee because we had booked via Expedia..that if we had booked directly with the hotel they wd have given us credit for the one night we were not staying there. I find this to be astounding. So if guests are penalized for booking with Expedia, why then do they have the agreement or partnership with Expedia? Where is the customer care???
