The room was clean and AC functioned well. The bed was comfortable, and the facility offered a continental breakfast which was fresh and provided a dining area inside and outside.The staff were helpful and friendly.

Okay economy hotel with not a lot of amenities. Parking at $20. was cheap compared to the standard in Niagara Falls. Area was fine, very close to Clifton Hill and comfortable to walk around.

Our stay in Niagara.

The hotel was nice. It was close to everything and you couldnt hear your neighbors at all. The breakfast wasn't anything special (just toast, fruit and yogurt) a small space to try and get anything. Especially if you wanted a coffee as there wasn't anything in the room. Internet was good and the beds were really comfy.

AC kept the room very cool (when it was working). It kept shutting off. No wash cloths, bath towels are very small and do not dry you off at all. Shower water pressure was great. No iron in room as advertised. Door room key deactivated next day at 11; if you are staying for more than one night you need to have your card reactivated at the front desk and no one told us that. Continental breakfast is very minimal but can suffice. We went to ihop across the street instead. Bed sheets are very stiff and there are no blankets. There’s just a sheet and a duvet that is slippery so it constantly slides off the bed. Further away from the falls than expected; it’s about a 2 mile walk to the Canadian falls. Staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable enough. Not a “safe” feeling atmosphere when walking to/from the hotel at night. Area surrounding it is not well lit.

The room wasn’t spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. The hygiene and the cleanliness were not up to an acceptable standard. For what we got, the room was way overpriced.

This is an ideal location for Niagara Falls. We walked from the lodge all the way to see the actual falls. There are also many restaurants within a few minutes walk. There were more Canadian license plates than American and yet in the breakfast room they only had a US TV station on and not a Canadian station, US tourists do not go to a different country to see on TV what they watch at home.
