Security deposit scam

We got into the room, everything was nothing special. There were already stains on the comforter and a hole in the wall. There hairs stuck to the back of the bathroom door and cigarette burns on the tub. They say they allow service dogs , which I provided my legal documents stating that I am required to have a service dog in my company. Which then they said was not allowed and are withholding my security deposit because of a coffee stain on the bed sheet which accidents happen and they wash their sheets anyways in bleach. And also at our arrival they were extremely persistent on having out security deposit by visa credit card which I had but had offered Mastercard, debit or even cash. While leaving the gentleman said it would be 5 business days which isn’t in the norm. I wouldn’t go back here even if it was the last availability.

Clean rooms but missing accessories

The cost was reasonable and the rooms were clean but no soap/body wash in the dispenser in the shower. There was also no face towel and only one hand towel for a room with two guests.
