Located in a quiet neighborhood, this newly renovated house is situated close to the Niagara River. Our property is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. It is an ideal retreat for those seeking a scenic view while enjoying being close proximity to all of Niagara Falls' main activities.

Our home includes a homely living room with a TV, great for a relaxing with friends and company. A dining room with refurbished furniture and a warm fireplace. The kitchen is provided with appliances, a dishwasher and refrigerator.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, professional hotel level of cleaning. There is a large interlocking patio with BBQ and firepit, perfect for nightly hangouts and gatherings. Please note that the backyard is not maintained during the winter months, and access may be difficult or unsafe due to snow and ice; for your safety, the area is considered closed for the seasons and guests should stay on cleared paths only. Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 7:00 PM, and music or loud noise is not permitted.

The kitchen was poorly organized and not fully equipped. Most of the drawers were full of junk. No pots, but plenty of skillets. We boiled 3 eggs in a 5 gallon pot!!The bedrooms had no bedside light ( lamp). 1 towel per bath. No additional blankets or throws, bed spreads were thin. We were disappointed considering what we paid.

The rental is very clean and tidy. The location is great!I would recommend more towels and washcloths in the bathrooms and the kitchen. I would also recommend more dishes. There are only 2 cereal bowls - we had to take turns eating breakfast.

Beautiful house for our visit to Niagara Falls. Very easy to check in. Instructions from the host were easy to follow. Everything in the house was in good working order and very clean. Easy walk down to the Canadian side of the Falls but far enough away that it was quiet at night.

Our stay was wonderful! The six of us had a great time, lots of open space with a huge kitchen. The big plus for us is that my husband and I along with the two other couples each had our own bathrooms plus an additional power room on the main floor. The other big plus is that it is so close to all activities/restaurants and you can leave your car parked in the driveway. Would stay there again!! Great communication with the owner as well.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed our stay. Husband,me ,our two boys ,our puppy and 2 friends . House is nicely updated. Each room has its own bathroom which was great to have. Plus bathroom to use by living room. House is 10 min walk to the falls which is a big plus. Walked a lot and we took wego buses to father destinations. There's open field behind house and little walk down street to playground was nice. Could use few extra pillows in rooms and bigger rug by front door for shoes to stay on when little wet.We had a great stay and fast response from owner when messaged. Thank you

Great location!

This was a nice house in a great location! So close to the falls and downtown area. The house was clean and had newly updated bathrooms and kitchen. Only wish was that the bedrooms had better blinds, as the rooms were very bright very early in the morning, and we could have used some more towels. But overall, a great stay!

Great location

The location and house were great. Our only pitfall was that when we arrived after an hour after our agreed early arrival and the cleaners were still there. We had to wait outside for nearly an hour for them to finish which ended up being an hour after normal check in. Host responded quickly and apologized. Unfortunately we weren’t in the area long so the lost time was a big bummer.

Our stay here was great! There was a hiccup with the door code upon arrival, but the hosts were easy to reach and fixed it within the minute. All of the rooms were similar in size and set up with extra pillows and blankets. Everything was nice and clean.The AC and heat worked well, as did the showers. The kitchen came with extras that were handy for cooking! Just a note, the couch is not suitable for sleeping, it is on the harder side. Also the walk to the falls is quite far so not very practical but doable. You can see the fireworks from the upstairs bedroom!
