For the price I paid this was perfect. The rooms were satisfactory, but could use deep cleaning and attention to detail. cobwebs and stray hairs are not the nicest thing to see but again, for the price I paid I can't complain. However, that being said, the water was hot, the room was spacious, and the beds were clean. Spent the night of New Year's Eve, and I was very satisfied. Was there to sleep more than anything else. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. My only suggestions would be, is that since the rooms are outside, a floor mat of some type right inside the door would've been nice rather than making the rooms wet with melting snow. And maybe an ice machine closer to the back of building where we were. I would be happy to stay again 😊

No hot tub in my room however the amenities were fine and the location was quiet outside as well. I was warned by friends in Niagara Falls to be careful of the people around me as it was often used by those that use drugs however I did not see any of that. It is in the seedier part of the town however I had no complaints. Breakfast was just adequate and that was what was expected.

Pros: - Didn't see ants/roaches - Didn't smell smoking odor or any other odor - Within15-20 minutes walk to falls, casinos, and Clifton Hill - Friendly owner Cons: - Room needs updating. - Took a long time to get hot water via sink and bathtub. Maybe installing 'recirculating pump' might help getting hot water faster

You can see spiders and spiders net around the room when you need anything, you have to go another building yourself to take that. We didn’t find any trashcan inside the room when we ask, they give us a garbage bag. What I will say about the breakfast, a small muffin or a egg one Indian small vegetable samosa and a small bagel with back of butter or marmalade with juice or coffee and no refill

The room was very unclean. There were dead insects on the floor. The mosquitoes were all flying around. Furniture were full of stains. There were no hooks to hang the towels. The air conditioner was too noisy. We had a baby and we could not even take her a bath, as the bath tub was unclean. We had a two night reservation but we checked out in the first morning. The good part is that the receptionist accepted and apologized for the inconvenience and they said that they’re going to investigate! Hope they’ll do so!

Clean and comfortable

Rooms were clean and staff seemed to be trying really hard to ensure guest happiness. The continental to-go breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful. I would stay here again. Affordable and only a ten minute walk to Clifton Hill!
