Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located 4-bedroom home.
Perfect for families or groups of friends this property features 3 queen beds and 1 king-single bed plus trundler. With 2 bathrooms offering both a bathtub and shower, guests will have all the comforts they need.

Walkway through to the Ngunguru estuary for beach/estuary access, swimming, paddling, kayaking & fishing.

Close to Whale Tail park for the kids and the Ngunguru Sports & Recreation Complex for tennis, golf, bowls, skate park, resturant and bar. Also close to local shops which include a dairy, fish and chips and pizza for takeaways. Over the hill in Tutukaka you will also find a range of restaurants, pizzeria and shops.

Guests can use the entire house. (Garage area can be used by negotiation.)

Off street parking available for boats, cars plus plenty of parking in this central cul-de-sac location.

No laundry facilities at the property however there is a laundry available for public use at Tutukaka Marina (5 min drive).
