Wonderful views
Resort is new and modern. Rooms spacious and views fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside is that is didn’t cater for English speakers. All tourist info was in mandarin. It is a fair way from the main town but good too explore the north of Palau

I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude ...
