Superbly located on the edge of Newquay Golf Course, Bredon Court is a collection of modern, well-equipped apartments that offer guests all they need to enjoy a fantastic break in one of Cornwall’s most popular coastal towns.

With two large bedrooms (one of which being either twin beds or a king size on request), a light and bright open plan living area, and a lovely balcony with views over the golf course and towards Fistral, number 10 has ample space for four guests. There’s a well-designed kitchen for home cooking and two bathrooms including an ensuite shower room, and a contemporary family bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub, which is ideal for families with babies and younger children.

The famous Fistral Beach is just a short stroll from the doorstep where you can surf or sunbathe to your heart’s content. Or enjoy a scenic stroll along the South West Coast Path and enjoy the stunning sea views. Also nearby, the Gannel Estuary is an excellent place to be close to nature and if you’re partial to a picnic, this is the spot for it.

We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
