Separate games room in the lower ground floor garage featuring a dartboard, tennis table, monitor with Xbox with two controllers and four gamer seats. Third bedroom on the ground floor featuring super king zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), 40 inch TV with full Sky package, built in wardrobe, fan and two bedside tables. Fourth bedroom on the ground floor featuring superking zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), 32 inch TV with full Sky package, wardrobe, fan, two bedside tables and doors out to a private patio area. All TVs include the full Sky package with Sports, Film and Netflix. Only three can be using Sky at any one time but other channels are also available. Family bathroom on the ground floor with bath, separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
