With 5 beds and 3 bathrooms to accommodate your group, our place is fully equipped for both monthly or extended stays. 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the first floor to accommodate guests who cannot navigate stairs. The cool and tremendous space offers guests a comfortable retreat with amenities like an outdoor kitchen, fitness room equipment, and firepit. Enjoy walks through the neighborhood along the James River.



Perfectly located between Virginia beach & Williamsburg. 30 mins in either direction.
Busch Gardens, Water Country, historic Williamsburg/Jamestown Island are only 30 mins away. The beautiful James River is a short walk away and Yorktown beach is only 20 min away.

The space
The house is located in a very quiet high-end community on a cul-de-sac.
The house has a gorgeous back yard with outdoor kitchen and a natural gas grill. Enjoy a fire pit and big deck off the back of the house. The best part is the comfy sun-room surrounded by full length windows and skylights. Perfect for having coffee in the mornings and watching all the nature.

Guest access
You will have access to the house through the front door. There is a lockbox on the door. You will have use of the whole house except for the one owners closet.
