Our home is the perfect place to unwind after your days of exploring and enjoying Virginia. Custom built property with guests in mind, the entire home is dedicated to your comfort. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, first floor master with walk-in shower, there is plenty of space to relax, recharge, and enjoy your vacation. The added play set in 2020 is a fun place for families with young children. In 2023, a water feature with “Infinity Edge” was added to the backyard, a fire pit with built-in bench seating under a light up tree creates an extra warm and relaxation environment for families when they get together in the Fall.

The space
We’ve designed this home with children and families in mind. We installed dimmer switches and provided a toddler bed, crib, baby gate, games, toys, books, highchair, and step stools. We also custom-built the backyard so parents can gather around the fire pit while watching their children play on the playground. The infinity-edge water feature creates a calming atmosphere, offering a relaxing space where families can unwind and enjoy endless fun outdoors.

Additionally, the first-floor master bedroom with a walk-in shower provides an easy and convenient setup for multi-generational families to enjoy their time together, no need to climb stairs to relax.

• Collect and take out all trash
• Do as much laundry as possible (do not remake the beds)

Smoking Policy

✓ If found smoking inside up to $800 odor-removal fee will be charged (per Servpro’s rates).
✓ If you must smoke, please do so outside and keep the patio door shut to prevent smoke from entering.
