When booking selected a room with king bed and sofa. Upon entering room it was handicap accessible (which I did not want) and only had a chair. Upon returning to check in desk advised this location did not have room selected and nothing available like I selected. With that being said, room itself was fine and staff friendly and helpful. Just frustrated over not getting what I selected and believe this is app/Choice fault.

My check was welcoming, the room was in good condition, the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. However, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the incidental cost was quite high for a Comfort Inn stay, $100! I am looking forward to getting that back.

The only real problem was I booked a king room for me and my wife but the TV didn’t work and then I was moved to a double room were we didn’t sleep so well I think the beds were twin size but if in area I would stay again just make sure I got my King bed
