Beware! This was the worst travel experience we've ever had. Manager was handing out keys to other people's rooms, cancelling room key active dates, closed during the afternoons, asking for information already provided online saying she needed it any anyway, seemed oblivious about how their website works and we kept receiving identical email notices repeating up to 6 times with no reply needed. We walked into our room to find someone with our room key who was not invited! This is a terrible place to stay and we fear loss of identity and credit card information.

The bed was older than I am and harder than the ground - just enough hot water to get wet and the rest of my shower was cold, employers were helpful and pleasant but the rooms are in serious need of attention and replacement - Wyndham name is not reflected - no more Travel Lodge for us

Staff was good. Window screen had a big hole. Bathroom floor was dirty. Bathroom door frame needs replacing. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Fan was provided, but window needed to be open at night to help cool the room, and we did not feel safe or comfortable. Carpet was stained. Rate was too high for such discomfort. I never would have stayed there if I’d known there was no AC.

The box spring cover sheet had yellow stains, the door was hard to open and the door frame on the bottom was stained looked like water damage. Stains in the carpet. Some new sheets, etc, and some paint would help this place out. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.

Beds are full not Queen. Brought to the attention of the front desk agent we reserved 2 queens and received full. She appeared unbothered by this fact and stated the hotel only has full size beds or single king size rooms. Secondly under the shower mat was covered in mildew and mold.

FOR THE PRICE I THINK IT IS GOOD ESPECIALLY IF YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP. MY ONLY CONCERN IS PRIVACY. I MEAN WE CAN HEAR WHATEVER NEXT DOOR GUEST ARE DOING AND NOT PLEASANT TO THE EAR AND THE PEOPLE ON TOP OF US WE CAN HEAR THEIR LOUD FOOTSTEP. PROBABLY WE WERE JUST LUCKY THAT THE SOUND PROOF IN OUR ROOM NEEDS SOME FIXING :)

We've stayed here before. Rooms are small, but clean and simple. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping! A value hotel which covers our needs for a safe and comfortable bed! :)
