I think the valet parking was a bit pricy and there was no choice. I would have perferred to have parked myself and saved the $45 a day. Also I requested a bottle of champange and I thought this was a bit pricy also. No robes, no toiletries in the bathroom and tub was super tiny. The pool was nice, but the changing rooms had a weird smell to it, almost like something had died in there. The room was very clean and roomy and the beds were super comfortable. The TV chanels were limited and the tv guide did not work. Location of the hotel is supurb! We have stayed here often but next time I think we might opt for another hotel

Nice hotel in a nice location. We booked it for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was out of service when we went to use it but I did use the pool. We had an unfortunate incident while we were there but the staff took care of it quickly and were very generous to compensate us. I would go back.

Beautiful, historic building. It is well mainland inside and out. Staff is responsive. Hot water is problematic - took about ten minutes to get warm and it ran out during a shower. I wouldn’t recommend going during President’s week unless you have young kids (or don’t mind them running and yelling around the hotel). Definitely convenient to good restaurants, shopping, and beaches.
