The perfect location for a visit to Newport. Central to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Just an overnight trip but we can't wait to go back. Check-in was easy as could be and Elektra at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for food and things to do. The suite was perfect for our family of 3, breakfast was very nice, and the entire property was spotless. Will definitely be back when the weather is nicer!

The rooms are spacious and bright with a gorgeous view. The real plants and the warm fresh baked cookies were nice perks. Everyone very friendly and the place is centrally located. Definitely recommend.

Very well kept hotel in a great location on the water. Bathroom was updated and spacious with all the amenities. Only minus was that the guests staying above us woke up early and paced the floor from 5am on. Might want to book a room on the third floor to avoid that happening.

We had Room 12. We had no problem with the property, but the noise from the bar right outside our balcony was unrelenting until 1:00 AM every night. The noise cancellation device in our room did nothing to subdue the noise. We were unable to get any sleep until after 1:00 AM in the morning. For a room that cost us $1,554.24 for two nights, it was the poorest spent money I have ever spent on a room in 45 years of traveling. The rest of the hotel is nice, fine, whatever you want to call it, but this specific room should almost be uninhabitable secondary to the noise, unless it's maybe wintertime and no one is outside the bar. I overheard the receptionist speaking to other guests checking out and they were asked, "How did you like your room", however, I was not asked this. I was told, "Safe travels", telling me they are aware of just how noisy this room is.

We loved our room. Very bright and with a sitting area. We overlooked the harbor. The entire staff was so friendly. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.
