-This is the upper (2nd Level) of a Tri-plex home.
-You are renting 2 Separate 2 bed/2 bath homes in a Tri-Plex, Units B & C.
-No access to the ground level Patio or Right Garage as it belongs to Unit A.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & Highchair must be requested prior to your stay.
-Oceanfront Patio is for the Other Renter on Property.

- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
