Amenities we don't want to overlook are Garage Parking for a single vehicle, in unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Cable/Smart TV, and all the beach amenities you could ever need. If you want to know if we provide something, please just ask!

From our oceanfront home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, Duffy boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families.

For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind.
