Short Cabin Stay to Reset for New Year - Not so Restful

The stay was suspect from the start. There was no communication with the host at all until after I had already gotten access to the property by another individual staying at a property adjacent. I was a little skeptical, but the family staying in the large lake house stated that they were able to reach the host and could let me in. I did not have a back up option & with no way to contact the host directly, I really had not choice but to trust it and stay.There was no communication with the host until later into my stay. The host responded and stated in the message that I would receive details 2 hours prior to check in. This was after I was already there for my stay. I never received any check in info to date.The person who was there previously left that AM, which is why I'm guessing housekeeping did not properly clean the place. There was hair in the toilet, hair on the shower mat, hair in the tub & sink. The bed had hair on it. I purchased my own comforter & pillow cases because of this. This definitely made the stay more unpleasant than restful. I ended up sleeping on the couch for both nights. The bed was only a mattress that had absolutely no support. There were small bugs all around. I get it is a cabin, but I did not expect to see so many of these little bugs. Also no direct lake access.Lastly & most concerning is that the bathroom window has NO BLINDS OR CURTAINS. Anyone can see into the bathroom! I took pics outside the window that showed directly into bathroom.
