Horrible … garbage in the halls … filthy .. no towels in room … no shower curtain in the room … extended stay setup for transient people… the worst hotel I have ever stayed at … period .. Hotels.com should remove this as an option

We got to our room and there were no towels or toilet paper. They gave us a roll and told us to try again the next morning for fresh towels.

Think about to stay here Used the same sheets and towels ( just 2 towels) for 3 days no soap no shampoo no conditioner no hair dryers no iron NOTHING !!! tv is not working not SIGNAL have stove microwave and refrigerator buy not cups silverware nothing not even in the front desk one the Spanish lady at the front with attitude and the worse part NO WIFI !!! so never again. the place is nice even the smells in the elevator and halls but never again i waste my money and this place. I want to cancel at the first night but they gonna charge me anyway they said 🙄 😒

Rooms need to be cleaned better (food left on floor). Toilet seat broken. Nice kitchen but no flatware, dishes, cups or cooking supplies. Mattress uncomfortable. Need more handicapped parking out front. Front desk staff person very nice.

Very spartan. Bright bright light switches in addition to the usual hotel room lights. A constant humming sounding like a dryer at all hours. Construction and a car wash in close proximity make for a noisy environment.

We checked in and had 2 towels in room. No washclothes,bath mat. Ad didnt say we had to bring our own kitchen supplies. No coffee available in rooms or lobby. Lickily Cumberland Farms within walking distance.
