The kitchen has a has fridge/freezer, oven/grill, 4 plate induction hob, sink with drainer, dishwasher and washing machine. A must have coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen essentials are supplied.
There is French doors at the rear of the open planned kitchen and living area which opens up onto a private outdoor space. Provided with artificial grass and seating for youth enjoy the sun set and a drink.
The apartment accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable double bed just to the right of the entrance hall, with a window overlooking your private outdoor space.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
