THE SPACE
Spread over three floors, Sandhaven Rooms has eight bedrooms. Situated on the ground floor, Room 01 faces the back of the property and is a comfortably sized double bedroom with the added advantage of an ensuite shower room with toilet. There are additional communal shower rooms in the property as well as a communal toilet on each floor.

Sandhaven Rooms is in a great spot - within easy walking distance to the plethora of restaurants, pubs and take-away establishments South Shields has to offer as well as local beaches, transport links, shopping centre and leisure facilities.
GETTING AROUND
