I stayed in the townhouse to celebrate a birthday, the room is epic, very well appointed and views to die for. The hotel team are also brilliant, to be recommended.
Our check-in was split up into two (given that one of the rooms within our party was not ready for check in)
The girl who checked us in for on the first occasion was miserable and was not wearing a name badge (otherwise I would have complained about her) She failed to provide details regarding our stay including breakfast service times.
The second time we checked in to get keys for the outstanding room the male member of staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was okay, although disappointing that there was no hash browns left and no replenishment.
This has to be one of the best hotels in Newcastle, it was so clean and fairly quiet at night offering a good nights sleep, bed was comfy and absolutely HUGEEE, staff were lovely with easy check-in and the quayside (river) view from the window was lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others.
