Staff are very busy and friendly. Problem for us! They seem to have long stay residents in this hotel, who are very noisy. We had someone repeatedly waking us up at 05:50 with dance music, on a Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff helped to notify the resident, however having spoke to several staff, they were aware of the resident. With one member stating "we've had multiple complaints!!!! Well, hearing this, they knowingly placed me and my wife next to this noisy resident without any care for us. Not impressed.

Room was very spacious, cleans and well appointed. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We would like to thank Andrea for her great help with our enquiries and to the staff member who checked us in (sorry I don’t catch her name) The Breakfast is amongst the best we’ve experienced at a hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Thankyou.

The information says “sound proof rooms” however there is music from the nearby bars until around 11pm, unless there is an event on and it can be 1.30am… which it was while we were there.
