Perfect stay, nothing was a bother, great staff, only marked down one star as acoustics not great and room above me sounded like they were walking round in circles from 4.30am! Not the hotels fault just inconsiderate guests.

Reception staff were friendly and the check in was quick and easy. Nice big bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I liked the bathroom it was nice and modern. I will stay here again on my next visit!

Shower very poor. Too small, no directional head Bed too small. What a waste of a reasonable size room Terrible advice re parking. How can you recommend a car park that doesn’t have an overnight/24 hour price. You have to return each morning to pay for the day ahead Lift too small. Two at a time only!

2 of the lights in the junior suite weren't working the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco which was lovely since the lights did not impact our stay in the slightest. The room was really clean and comfortable and all the staff were polite and friendly the breakfast is by far 10/10. Would definitely stay again
