Different property

On the day of arrival I was provided a different address for check-in from what I had on the reservation. When I questionned it they advised the property I booked had heating issues so they had to find an alternative. Stuff happens but being given a different address without any background or explanation wasn't a great experience. The flat we ended up staying was ok but in need of a proper refurb. Windows not closing properly, hob with only one plate working, bedsheets too small for the bed and in need of a proper deep clean.

Several lights didn’t work which made the kitchen quite dark at night. Overall it was great value for money and was exactly what we needed.
