We were 7 guests in total therefore the downstairs bedroom and bathroom was used as my husband and I are in our 70s we opted not to use the stairs. The Bathroom downstairs is small and the toilet seat a size too small for the pedestal. It was very loose. It should be addressed for the next lot of guest. Upstairs was good. It catered for our needs.
