Lovely and clean

We really liked the room and location. It was clean and felt safe. The individual managing the property responded to our needs and questions in a timely and respectful manner. However we did not like dealing with Vrbo and the fee for having to rebook. We are seniors who sometimes have to change plans due to medical issues. Vrbo makes this difficult with the high fee. It was our first time dealing with Vrbo and we will not use this booking service again. Hopefully there is another way to book this property the next time we travel to Newburyport.
