Beachfront family fun in a modern, stylish villa that's been completely renovated with upscale amenities. Watch the waves crash as you enjoy winding down on the deck or going for a walk to the jetty.
Bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, convenience stores all within walking distance of the front door. This ultra comfy beach house is also mins away from amazing downtown Newburyport with shops and top notch restaurants galore!
Bunk room is on the first floor as you walk into the house.

Every room has been redone. A cool/modern vibe throughout the house. All brand new Leesa mattresses and lux linens are the most comfy ever! This house is a great place to enjoy being on the ocean even in the cooler months. The water is right there with the sound of waves crashing outside the window. So close to great restaurants and tons of outdoorsy things to do. We love staying at this house and we think you will too!
Layout description: First floor is street level. Front door entrance w keypad and entrance to bunk room and back storage room are on this level. Walk upstairs to the main level where the kitchen, living, full bathroom, laundry room and a King private bedroom can be found. This is also where you can walk right out onto the dune and to the beach. On the 3rd floor you’ll find an even larger living room with leather sectional and door to the upper deck. Another private King bedroom and large full bathroom with soaker tub and large shower are also up here. Waves can be seen from levels 2 & 3. Please ask any questions you have that are important to your stay right away. I am here and happy to help!

The whole house and 4 parking spaces are all yours! Walk right out the back of the house to the Beach and waves :)

Right on the Beach! Next door to a small ice cream and lunch place called "The Beachfront." Additional guests can pay to park in the parking lot across the street.
Walk right out the back of the house onto the beach. Exit left and walk to the mouth of the Merrimac River. There is a really cool jetty and plenty of people fishing off of it. Or take a right down the beach to view some beautiful properties and then 7+ miles of nature reserve, peaceful open, natural beach.

Amenities are within walking distance - restaurants, bars, surf shops, convenience store. Downtown Newburyport is 3 miles away, 5 minute drive, with even more to see, do, eat and drink!!

Parking is very tight. There are 4 spots and a parking diagram upon entry to the house, please view and follow. There are 3 spots for smaller vehicles in front and into the alleyway to the left side of the house. One larger vehicle can fit right up next to the house on the Right side, pulled all the way up to the stairs and white fence marking the perimeter of the yard.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
